Jason D. Barber (Director of Training)

For over the past decade Jason has provided some of the worlds most elit and demanding athletes strength and conditioning services. He has directly impacted athletes in every level of competition high school, Collegiate (Division I and III), Olympic, and Professional. He has also been fortunate enough to train our nation’s elite military forces. As a multi-sport athlete (Football, Wrestling, and Track and Field) and a sponsored Adventure Racer, Jason understands the dedication to training, psychological stress, and nutritional needs an athlete in training requires. Jason practices what he preaches in his training regimen. He feels that his methods can give an athlete an unfair advantage over their competition.

Jason has been a member of our nations military for over seventeen years, both in an Active Duty and National Guard status. He understands what our nations  tactical warriors are going through because he lives it. He has developed effective training programs for various military and government units. He has a true passion for training  our tactical  warriors because it truly is where the “rubber meets the road.” These are the people that really stick their necks on the line every time they put the uniform on.
